Being a Real Estate Developer we are well known for having built high quality projects on the Costa del Sol of which we are very proud. But we have not only limited ourselves in Real Estate. In the last 15 years have extended our activities by building and managing Greenlife Golf which offers sport and vacation facilities such as a 9 hole golf course with it’s well known golf academy, swimming pool, tennis courts and a famous restaurant which is highly recommended and a reference in the gastronomy of Marbella.

We, Greenlife Estates have now gone to the next stage and beginning of 2009, are also acting as a Real Estate Agency, consisting of selling and purchasing properties and offering additional services such as property Management and rentals.

We mainly concentrate on the re-sales of our own developments which of course, nobody knows as well as we do. We have a good relationship with the owners of the properties we have for sale who believe and trust us. Certainly, we also have a wide range of apartments, villas and plots in other areas of Marbella and Sotogrande.

Being one of our top projects, we care a lot about Elviria Hills and are very proud of this development. After six years, we return to this very special place where our heart always remained, a place full of energy which allows us to develop the highest business challenges.

We have returned to our renovated modern Elviria Hills Sales Office and welcome all our clients. We have the same motivation and energy as before and after all these years even have the same staff in the Sales department.
